Mieke Zuiderweg:
Mieke Zuiderweg is an artist living in Uptown, Chicago. She has a BFA from Michigan State University and has worked as a photojournalist for the past decade. Her photographic series taken with a plastic Holga camera depicts over-looked and often quirky scenes. Decaying road-side statues, mannequins lost in worlds of clouds, buildings and glass reflections are just a few of the series she continues to build.
